in-house.
About Our Staff
For over 100 years, Steinway has continued to be
a pillar of excellence. Knowing that, we are continuing on that
path by having our staff, our "family" provide you with the highest
level of service and knowledge available to you. Our staff
continues to help the Steinway Piano Gallery grow into what it is
today. Each person contributes their own integral part into our
business with their own unique level of support and education.
Our technicians, several of whom were trained at
the prestigious North Bennett Street School of Piano Technology in
Boston, spend several weeks each year refining their skills at the
famed Theodore Steinway Technical University in New York.
Whether it is piano care or music education -
Steinway strives to uphold the best in all musical avenues and
welcomes new and educational ideas for the betterment of the
community it resides in.
Building our New Gallery
In March 2005 the Steinway Piano Gallery opened
its doors in Bonita Springs, and owner Greg Billings' dream of
providing the community with a stunning piano gallery and a place
where local artists and community organizations could meet and
perform came to fruition.
The 6,800-square-foot gallery is home to a
75-seat recital hall, beautiful showroom, cozy player piano room,
restoration facility, and to the FGCU Renaissance Academy piano lab.
The new gallery has come a long way
since it was merely a lot with trees and a future home sign.

The North face of the gallery houses the
showroom, which is 88 feet long in honor of the 88 keys found on the
piano.

The Steinway Piano Gallery in the
day and at night. In the day the building is easy to spot with its
lemon fresh exterior paint, and at night you can see the gallery
illuminated from the highway, which is made possible by the more
than 130 light fixtures.

A steel worker welds the unique Ceco
system in the building, making the roof less susceptible to
leakage. The next steel project will be the construction of a 29 by
15 foot steel sculpture in front of the gallery named Bonita
Pianista.
